Gently insert the earplug into your ear and twist slightly until it forms a good seal. Make sure it is secure, but not too deep in the ear for optimum comfort and security. It sometimes helps to lift your ear slightly while inserting to help the earplug fit better.

Our earplugs come with three different silicone tips: small, medium and large. Start with size M and place it in your ear. If it is too loose or too tight, try size S or L until you find a comfortable and snug fit.
